"Live a life that is well balanced; don't do things in excess."-Daniel Smith. In your everyday life you need to have a balance of things that you need to be done and things that you want to do/enjoy doing. Keeping that balance is very helpful and a great way of having fun and also doing things you enjoy.
Everyone's day has to consist of exercise whether it is you playing outside or working out. Exercise helps control your weight, improve mental health and mood, gain muscle, and keeps your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age.
Keeping your body on a healthy diet and giving it the nutrition it needs benefits you in many ways. For example a healthy diet can result in, weight loss, reduced cancer risk, health of the next generation, strong teeth and bones, better mood, improved memory.
Sleep for your body is very important for your body. It benefits in many ways, keeps your heart healthy, reduce stress, makes you more alert, improves your memory, and much more.
You would first need to focus on what you need to get done before you go on to do things the you enjoy. For example, finish that one project you have that is due tomorrow before playing video games with your friends. Doing what has to be done before doing things you enjoy makes you feel like you have accomplished something and leaves you out of trouble.
Enjoyment is a big part of your everyday life, only doing what has to be done leaves you no time to have fun and do what you want. Having a balance of what needs to be done and what you want to do results in you being happy and accomplished. You have to keep in mind that you can't do too much of either or you will be left either unhappy or stressed. That stress can come from you only doing what you want and not doing the things that need be done, leaving you minimal to no time left to do what has to be done.
