At the age of 12, I thought to build a platform called FitToday. A platform to further help students/children understand that a huge aspect of life includes our happiness and how we take care of our stress. Our stress is based on many things, like our sleep, social pressure, study pressure, our playtime, and what we eat. To give more context, I believe that a severe mental health crisis is developing within children today that is being overlooked. FitToday looks to make a change.
Avi is a student in Lambert High School's 2025 class. He is the founder/creator of FitToday, a platform focused on mental and physical health for students and youth. His passion is translating technology advancements into impactful solutions for real-world problems.

Many other people around the world hare had a similar idea, but what differentiates us from them? Everyone says that you need to exercise and study all day, so you can get something done. I say that's wrong, you need to get your work done, exercise, and then you can do the things you enjoy and love to do(play outside with your friends, play video games, etc.) We want you to not only work, but also have fun.
Our mission is to allow everyday kids to live a balanced lifestyle.
